Provider scope

The providers below support the marketing website, documentation or the specified product features. A listed optional service does not receive every customer's content. Customer-selected integrations, the selected AI route and the applicable CMS or Studio deployment determine which providers participate.

For processing covered by a signed Data Processing Addendum, confirm the applicable hosting, database, provider locations and any additional subprocessors with Sitekick before sending covered data. The public list does not assign the Studio infrastructure to the separate CMS hosting environment.

Providers and purposes

• Vercel: hosting and delivery of the marketing website and documentation, and deployed Studio infrastructure and web analytics where enabled.
• Cloudflare: Sitekick domain and DNS infrastructure. DNS services and any separately enabled traffic services have different processing scopes.
• Crisp: support conversations on marketing and documentation pages after a visitor opens chat. Messages, voluntarily supplied contact details, technical data and session cookies support the conversation.
• Stripe: payment processing for applicable purchases and subscriptions. Payment processing and invoice information are distinct from website content.
• OpenAI: requested AI content and image generation on the applicable product path.
• OpenRouter or Phasoric Intelligence: optional Studio AI routes where configured and selected, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Resend: Studio transactional email when delivery is enabled.
• Google Analytics 4: optional website analytics when configured and permitted by the visitor's analytics choice.

Deployment details and changes

Sitekick CMS uses its own WordPress hosting and operational services. Request the provider and location details for your CMS deployment, or a customer-specific processing arrangement, through support@sitekick.ai. Before approving a new integration, consider the information it will receive and its own terms. Applicable written processing agreements govern notice, authorization and objections to subprocessor changes.
