Copyright & Content Complaints

How to report content rights, impersonation and other publishing concerns.

Rights and publishing responsibility

Customers must have the rights and authority needed for content they upload, generate, modify or publish. An AI-generated image, text draft or template does not establish that its use is lawful or that it is exclusive. Review material for third-party rights, misleading claims and privacy concerns before publication.

Submitting a report

Send content complaints to support@sitekick.ai. Identify the exact public URL or material, explain the right or concern involved, provide relevant evidence and describe your authority to make the report. Include a reliable contact address so we can request clarification. For a copyright complaint, identify the protected work and the allegedly infringing material precisely.

Do not send unnecessary sensitive information or attempt to access another customer's account to collect evidence. If a report concerns immediate danger or a crime, use the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement channel as well.

Review and response

Sitekick reviews reports under its Terms, applicable law and the information available. Review may include asking for clarification, contacting the account holder, restricting access or removing material where appropriate. A report does not itself establish ownership or prove a violation. Requests for legal process and any available challenge or response procedures are handled according to the applicable requirements.
