Service Continuity Statement

Website portability, independent backups and service changes.

Keep an independent copy

Your business website and its records deserve an independent recovery plan. Keep copies of important content, original media, domain information, settings and customer records you are authorized to retain. Check that an export can be opened and restored in the intended environment. Publishing a site is not a substitute for a backup.

CMS websites use WordPress. WordPress content, media, themes, plugins, hosting and domain registration have different export and transfer requirements. Contact support@sitekick.ai to discuss the scope of a CMS migration. Do not assume that an export includes every licensed component or external service.

Changes and availability

We aim to communicate planned material service changes through suitable website or account channels. Product availability, beta features and third-party services can change under the applicable Terms. A beta feature does not carry an implied production availability, indefinite hosting or recovery-time commitment.

If you plan to leave, complete your export or transfer, verify the destination and independently confirm subscriptions and renewals. Taking a website offline does not cancel billing. Domain registration, email and external payment or booking services may need separate action.

Support and incidents

Report availability or recovery concerns with the affected URL and account email through support@sitekick.ai. The applicable agreement controls any specific service-level or recovery commitment. Recovery depends on the relevant product, available backups, account authority and third-party systems, so preserve important material before making major changes.
